Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Fomo7 platform by customers ("you") accessing the service via API or dashboard.

Service description

Fomo7 provides real-time and batch fraud and bonus-abuse risk scoring, an identity graph, and an investigator workspace, accessed via API integration and web dashboard under a subscription agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Fomo7 solely for fraud prevention, risk assessment and compliance purposes related to your own platform, and not to use output scores as the sole basis for decisions where applicable law requires human review.

Liability

Fomo7 risk scores are decision-support tools. Customers remain responsible for final decisions on individual accounts, claims and payouts.
